This document defines the policy of "NEYRO" LLC (Tax ID (INN) 9709103450 / Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1237700886620, 109147, Moscow, ul. Marksistskaya, d. 20, str. 8, pom. 1/1), hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," regarding the processing of personal data, and is an integral part of the Public Offer for concluding the Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Protection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer").

An individual, acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, by accepting the Offer in the manner prescribed by its terms, provides the Operator with this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") under the following conditions.

ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Consent is developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data," and other current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The User's acceptance of the Offer signifies their full and unconditional agreement with all terms of this document and grants the Operator the right to process their personal data in the scope, for the purposes, and by the methods specified in this Consent.
1.3. The Operator ensures the protection of processed personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure, unlawful use, or loss in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."

ARTICLE 2. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
2.1. By this document, the User consents to the processing of the following categories of their personal data:
(a) Basic personal data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic;
• Email address (e-mail);
• Contact phone number;
• Age (date, month, and year of birth);
• Place of residence;
• Profession, position;
• Social media and messenger account data (if provided);
• Data required for establishing or verifying a record or achievement.

ARTICLE 3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
(a) Performance of a contract concluded with the User by accepting the Offer:

• Identifying the User as a party to the contract;
• Providing technical and methodological support;
• Providing the User with individual comments and recommendations.

(b) Marketing and informational communications:
Sending informational and promotional messages about the Operator's services, products, events, and promotions to the User's email address and/or phone number.
(c) Improvement of products and services:
Analyzing the use of products and services to improve them, develop new features, and enhance service quality.

ARTICLE 4. ACTIONS WITH PERSONAL DATA
4.1. This Consent is given for performing the following actions (operations) with personal data using automation tools or without their use: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

ARTICLE 5. SPECIAL CONSENTS
5.1. Consent to Automated Processing and Profiling. The User consents that the Operator has the right to perform automated processing of their personal data, including the use of artificial intelligence algorithms. The Operator guarantees that such processing does not create legal consequences for the User and does not otherwise affect their rights and legitimate interests.
5.2. Consent to Receiving Mailings. The User gives their consent to receive informational and promotional messages from the Operator to the specified email address and phone number. The User has the right to unsubscribe from such messages at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in the email or by sending a corresponding request to the Operator.

ARTICLE 6. TERM OF CONSENT AND PROCEDURE FOR ITS WITHDRAWAL
6.1. This Consent is valid for the entire period of the User's participation in the Operator's programs, services, and communities, as well as for 5 (five) years after the termination of such relationship for the purposes of maintaining an archive, accounting, and potential defense of legal claims.
6.2. The User has the right to withdraw their Consent at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator's email address: info@bricsrecord.org.
6.3. In case of withdrawal of Consent by the User, the Operator ceases processing their personal data and destroys them within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except for cases where the Operator has the right to continue processing without the User's consent on grounds provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation (e.g., for contract performance or protection of legitimate interests).
6.4. Withdrawal of Consent may result in the impossibility of further provision of services and access to the Operator's services for the User, which shall not be considered a breach by the Operator.

ARTICLE 7. USER'S RIGHTS AND OPERATOR'S OBLIGATIONS
7.1. The User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, and to rectify, block, or destroy them in cases provided by law.
7.2. The Operator undertakes to take necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions.

ARTICLE 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Consent. The new version of the Consent comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Operator's official website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
